1. What the Academy delivers. ASHAL provides two kinds of institutional items: physical items, such as academic kits, ceremonial pelerines, medals, diplomas, books, and institutional materials; and digital items, such as digital certificates, PDF documents, and online content.

2. Physical deliveries. Items are shipped after the corresponding institutional fee is confirmed. Delivery normally takes 7 to 21 business days within the United States; international shipments may take longer. Shipments are handled by postal service or carrier, and tracking information is provided when applicable. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays and additional reshipment costs.

3. Digital deliveries. Digital items are sent to the registered e-mail address or made available in the Members Area, normally within 15 business days.
